I love this bar: no food and limited seating, but they’ve got great bartenders (who can mix great cocktails!) and a perennially laid-back and fun crowd. Board games available if you’re lucky enough to get a table; nice view of DTABQ through their window-wall. Drink prices are reasonable, too.

Best bar in Albuquerque hands down. Great bartenders, regulars, drinks. It's not a fancy crazy cocktail place, just a great, small, intimate bar.

Ryan & Steve, thank you so much for your hospitality, kind conversations, and immediate impeccable service. We wish our visit to Bar Uno wasn't as brief; unfortunately we didn't have much time this evening to enjoy your ambiance. The time we were there was great, we decided the pit stop to your bar made our evening memorable. We had walked in earlier to Anodyne which was fun with pool tables and lots of laughter, however we wanted something just a bit more intimate. We chatted with some locals that we would love to socialize - they directed us to Bar Uno ensuring an intimate experience. Thank you for the welcome, the delicious Mezcal Paloma with Tahine and your authentic Old Fashioned, my husband loved it.

Ask for Stew.... Not the soup.... duh! Stew is a great bartender and one of the locals. Dogs are allowed and e-cigarettes are not, so vape elsewhere. A small bar with a warm vibe. A bit loud on crowded nights for a date but for a few friends it’s perfect.

Best cozy bar with fun games! Go with your friends/buddy/love ones and you will definitely enjoy the moment! Good vibes and casual atmosphere. The owner(?) He is the funniest and very kind man! Mr. Sticky is very generous and friendly. We will be back soon! My advice to visit this place is the bar is small, not able to get in after the busy time. Just because of the capacity and safety (?) reason. Please plan ahead to visit here, be kind to others.

Very causal and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are always good. It’s a bit small inside but music is fun and there are board games :) pictured is a moscow mule and a tequila sunrise🌅definitely a place worth stopping by when bar hopping!

Bar Uno is a staple in the downtown community, with its unique character and classic vibe reflected in the decor. Compared to other bars just a few blocks away, it’s refreshingly affordable—I spent only $12 on two draft beers. The bartender, Rudy, was kind and attentive, making the experience even better. Found this gem while waiting for a show at the Sunshine Theater right around the corner. It’s a small, intimate space but has a fantastic atmosphere and great energy. The proximity to the venue makes it the perfect spot for a pre-show drink. Highly recommend if you’re catching a concert nearby!

Arrived in town late on a Monday and was starting to think Albuquerque was a disappointment until I happened upon this thirst quenching establishment around 11:45. The bartender was, indeed, full of sarcasm! (The entertaining kind), and the mini-sized bar filled up rapidly with regulars and locals. All around good time.
